How it works

From idea to build-ready context — with you in control

Every major artifact has an approval gate. Regenerate with feedback and downstream work resets until you are ready. Nothing auto-ships without your explicit approve.

  1. 1

    Describe your idea

Plain language. No templates. Tell us what you want to build the way you would explain it to a co-founder.

  2. 2

    Mode selection

    Your choice

When you approve idea evaluation, choose Startup Mode (solo-friendly, cost-aware architecture) or Enterprise Mode (full governance depth). Then pick collaboration: guided clarifying questions, or make smart assumptions and move faster.

  3. 3

    Idea evaluation

    Approval gate

Market fit, technical complexity, and key risks — with targeted questions for your idea. Approve to continue or reject with feedback to re-evaluate.

  4. 4

    Features

    Approval gate

Feature list generated from evaluation context. Reprioritize, approve to continue to architecture, or regenerate with feedback.

  5. 5

    Architecture and tech stack

    Approval gate

System components, data model, API structure, and technology recommendations — with tradeoffs explained. Approve or regenerate before the PRD is built.

  6. 6

    PRD

    Approval gate

User personas, feature scope, acceptance criteria, and success metrics — built from approved architecture, not from a blank template.

  7. 7

Epics, stories, tasks, and delivery plan

    Output

Sprint-ready breakdown with AI acceleration estimates, per-task tool recommendations, and critical path on the delivery timeline.

  8. 8

    Export to GitHub or Jira

    Output

One click. Epics become milestones. Stories and tasks become linked issues — with acceptance criteria, file paths, sprint assignment, and per-task AI tool recommendations.

    • GitHub
    • Jira
  9. 9

Context bundle → feed any AI tool

    Output

One connected bundle — evaluation reasoning, architecture, PRD, and tasks — ready for Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and your AI coding toolchain.

    • Cursor
    • Claude Code
    • GitHub Copilot
  10. 10

    Share and fork

    Output

Publish a read-only shared plan link for stakeholders. Signed-in users can fork the plan into their workspace.

  11. 11

    SDD bundle export

    Output

Structured export for spec-driven development — choose Kiro, GitHub Spec Kit, or Generic Markdown. Architecture, requirements, and task context in one downloadable package.

    • Kiro
    • GitHub Spec Kit

How control works

Human-in-the-loop approvals

Evaluation, features, architecture, and PRD each require your explicit approve before the next stage runs. You stay in control of what becomes canonical project context.

Cascade regeneration

When you reject or regenerate an upstream artifact, downstream sections reset. They stay empty until regenerated — so you never execute against stale architecture or PRD context.

Post-generation Q&A

After delivery completes, open Q&A lets you ask questions against the full project context — without starting a disconnected chat thread that forgot your plan.
